Things you should know about returning an item

  • If on receiving your order you are not delighted with your purchase, let our customer service team know within 7 days and we will gladly arrange for the item to be collected from you provided the item is in its original     (ie. unused ) condition and original packaging.

  • The original delivery charge will not be refunded and the cost for returning the parcel is at your expense. Please include your order number in the box of the return so that your refund can be processed.

  • If a new item is defective in any way this must be reported to us as soon as reasonably possible. We highly recommend testing out your purchases as soon as you receive them to make sure that everything is in full working order. 

  • If you claim that our goods are defective, our technicians will examine the goods for defects. They will report to us whether the goods were defective, were misused or are of good quality. If our technician reports that the goods were misused, were of good quality, were not provided to you for a specific purpose or were suitable for that purpose, then we will not replace or refund the goods.

  • Defective goods are those that had a defect or were unsafe when we supplied them. A defect usually means that the goods were manufactured using materials, components or workmanship below an acceptable standard. You must prove that goods are defective.

  • If you choose for us to replace or repair the goods, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to organize the necessary steps to repair or replace the goods.

  • If the goods/ products are found to be damaged or faulty we will collect the product at our expense and either replace, refund or repair the item, depending on the circumstance.

  • The returning product must be packed, in its original packaging, in another box with as much padding and protective packaging as possible so that it can travel safely back to us. Returns that are sent back otherwise will have a 10% repackaging fee levied against them. 

  • If you return an item outside of our specified time limits you will be offered a voucher refund or a product exchange. If you specifically require another form of refund (i.e. credit card or EFT), a 7% fee of the refund amount will be charged. 

  • Although seldom charged, we reserve the right to charge a 10% administration fee for returned orders should the returns process incur significant administration expenses.

  • We are unable to accept any returns via the post office, but will arrange for our courier to collect these from you.

  • PLEASE NOTE: 
    WE WILL NOT GIVE A REFUND IF ITEMS ARE NOT IN ORIGINAL CONDITION AND PACKAGING.
