The Fig Cookware range features a marble texture coating, non-stick; scratch-resistant, heat-resistant handles and is oven proof. The coating which is composed of Teflon increases the quality of cooking by ensuring a good flow of heat throughout the surface area and cleaning is made easy.
Care Instructions:
- The skillet pan is dishwasher safe.
- Please ensure that the pan is cooled completely before cleaning.
- Avoid using metal utensils and scourers to prevent damage to the interior coating
- Always ensure that the size of the gas flame is properly controlled and does not flare up the side of the pan and overheat the handles
- Never leave an empty pan or one that has boiled dry on a hot element or burner
