Peeling knife from the Nova d’Arcos series , in nitrum forged stainless steel of extraordinary performance for cutting. Small, light and manageable paring knife with a sharp tip for peeling all kinds of fruit, vegetables and tubers.
Nitrum steel is composed of molybdenum vanadium and subsequently subjected to a special treatment with nitrogen to enhance its cutting performance, sharpening perfection, durability and greater resistance to corrosion. Stylized handle fully adaptable to the shape of the hand, providing great handling comfort, made of high resistance polypropylene.
Arcos, with 100% manufacture in Albacete (Spain) since 1875, means a total purchase guarantee.
In general, we never recommend washing knives in the dishwasher, since when incorporating ferrous components into their blade they are susceptible to some oxidation with moisture, and because knocks inside the dishwasher can damage their blade and sharpening.

We deliver to shipping addresses within South Africa only.
